Bridging Behavioral Science and Real-World Impact
My mission is to help organizations leverage behavioral science to improve decision-making, increase engagement, and drive meaningful behavior change. I lead projects that apply behavioral science to product design and user experience, ensuring that interventions are not only behaviorally sound but also scalable and effective in real-world settings.
My expertise lies in combining behavioral economics and product design to drive innovation. As a Senior Behavioral Scientist at Duke’s Common Cents Lab, I worked closely with fintechs to develop products and strategies, merging technology and behavioral insights to improve people’s financial lives, before joining Irrational Labs as one of the first 3 members of the organization. I’ve led our financial decision-making, public policy, and healthcare practices.
